Register to bid

Our detailed registration guide can be found here. Registration is an easy process and can be completed online. You will need to provide a few personal details and upload a copy of your passport or ID card and a recent utility bill showing your current address.

You are required to register in order to be able to bid on a property. The legal packs for properties become available after registration.

3

Bidder deposit

We will require a refundable bidder deposit to participate in an auction.

This deposit varies based on the reserve price of the property.

4

Bidding

Our detailed Bidding guide can be found here.

Placing bids during an auction is easy. As properties cannot be sold for less than the reserve price, we will set up an appropriate starting bid.

Once bidding opens, all registered bidders are free to place bids on their selected properties.

Bidding takes place on the relevant property page – the same page you have been visiting in order to get information about the property and to register for bidding.

5

Successful Bidder

An auction agent will contact you to explain the next steps of the purchase process.

Once bidding has closed, we immediately sign contracts/Reservation agreement on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.

You will need to arrange payment of the remaining deposit according to the contracts and reservation agreement.

A proportion this deposit will already have been covered by the bidder’s deposit which will be locked in once bidding has closed if you are the successful bidder.
